• Obtain any approvals required from your apartment association, landlord or authority before installation.
• Tell us about any existing damage, wiring, pipes or structural issues in the work area.

7. Safety and Supervision

Safety nets and invisible grills are safety aids that help reduce risks. They do not replace adult supervision of children and pets, especially near balconies, windows, terraces and swimming pools. We cannot guarantee that an accident will never occur.

8. Warranty and After-Service

Any warranty or after-service terms for your work will be stated in your quotation or invoice. Normal wear, damage from misuse, accidents, modifications by others and natural wear from weather are generally not covered. Please contact us promptly if you notice any problem with your installation.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible. Work already carried out and materials already prepared or purchased for your order may be chargeable. Details will be explained when you confirm your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by incorrect information from the customer, misuse, changes made by others or events beyond our control. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected work.
